Refund & Exchange Policy

At OddEven, we want you to love everything you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy. You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  1. Unpackaging Video is Mandatory
    A clear, continuous, unedited video showing the parcel being opened from the start is required.

  2. The product must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  3. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers must ship the product back to our source address:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange if you want to swap your product for a different size, style, or design.

How Exchanges Work

  1. Request the Exchange
    Contact us within 3 days of delivery by either:

    • Calling or WhatsApping us at 99670 52340, or

    • Emailing oddevenindia11@gmail.com
      Make sure to share your order details and mandatory unpackaging video.

  2. Return the Product
    After approval, ship the item back to:
    Shop no 9, V Mall, Thakur Complex, Kandivali East, Mumbai - 400101
    The product must be unused, unworn, tagged, and in original packaging.

  3. Quality Check
    Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it for eligibility.

  4. Exchange Shipping
    If approved, we will ship your replacement item.
    A delivery fee of ₹60 applies for the exchange shipment.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you will receive store credit instead (valid for 60 days, with shipping charges deducted).

  • Products returned without approval or without an unpackaging video will not be eligible for exchange.

Store Credit Policy (No Refunds)

OddEven does not offer monetary refunds.

For all approved returns:

  • You will receive store credit only, equal to the product value minus shipping charges.

  • Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

  • It can be used on any product across the OddEven website.
